Refund & Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 20 days. If 20 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

We’re happy to offer a refund or replacement (shipping included) if there is any damage to an order. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please email infor@freedomcrazed.com with photo evidence of the item’s improper condition. Please specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
